Scandinavian snack cake Smörgåstårta (Smörgastorte)

Cooking:

Divide the cream cheese into two parts and add chopped greens in half. This will lubricate the layers inside the cake. Freshly cut round bread across, in circles, and then cut the crust. Align the resulting cakes with a rolling pin. For the filling, use chopped cured meat and fresh cucumber. Lay out as shown in the video, lubricating the bread on both sides with a thin layer of cream cheese with greens. Align the top and sides of the snack cake with the remaining half of the cream cheese. For decoration, use chopped radish, cucumber, meat and green onions.
