Mix eggs, kefir, salt, sugar and soda in a single container until smooth.
Gradually add flour in three stages. Dust the table with flour and knead the dough. The cake dough should not be tight, it should stick slightly to your hands. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Using a rolling pin, each crochet roll a round cake of 8-10 mm thickness and make three cuts with a knife in the middle so that they are well fried.
Pour oil about 2 cm into the pan, heat well and dip the cake into the oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Put each cake on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
