Ingredients for cooking turkey fillet with vegetables
- Turkey fillet 100 grams
- Olive oil 1 teaspoon
- Mix vegetable (frozen) 150 grams
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste

Frying pan, kitchen knife, spatula, cutting board.
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Wash the turkey fillet, pat dry with paper towels and cut into medium-sized cubes. Pepper, salt the poultry meat, add other spices to taste, for example, spices and herbs to taste.
Frozen vegetables do not need any preparation.
Step 2: roast the turkey.
Heat oil in a pan and put turkey in it. Fry over medium heat until slices of fillet change color and fry in some places.
Step 3: add vegetables to the turkey.
When the turkey fillet is browned, add the vegetables to it and cook for a few minutes over low heat. To taste, you can add more salt or spices.
The dish will be ready when the slices of vegetables become soft.
Step 4: serve the turkey fillet with vegetables.
Turkey fillet served hot. I’ll add boiled cereals here, for example, porridge. It turns out a delicious, hearty and healthy lunch. You can take more ingredients and cook for the whole family.
