Eggs with tea


  1. eggs 6 pcs.
  2. black tea 1 tsp
  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  4. anise 3 stars
  5. allspice 3 peas
  6. cinnamon 1/2 tsp
  7. orange peel 1 strip
  8. water to taste

Pour the eggs with water, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Allow to stand for 10 minutes. Drain and pour cold water. Tap on the shell with a teaspoon so that the shell breaks, but remains in place.
Mix soy sauce, anise, allspice, cinnamon and pour water in a saucepan. Add the zest of orange and carefully lay the eggs. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 hour. let it cool and you can eat.
