Step 2: Prepare the curd.

I put the cottage cheese in a bowl and knead it a little with a spoon. Add sugar, vanilla sugar and chicken eggs to the curd. The amount of sugar depends on individual preferences and on how much sour cottage cheese is.
And I mix everything well with a hand blender.

Step 3: Preparation of the light part of the curd mass.

I put about 1/3 of the curd mass into a separate bowl.
And in the remaining cottage cheese I put corn starch and mix everything thoroughly. The curd mass is obtained by consistency as thick sour cream, lazily drains from a spoon.

Step 4: Preparation of the dark part of the curd mass.

I take a bowl with a deposited smaller portion of the curd mass, pour milk into it, put cocoa and corn starch. And I mix everything thoroughly. It is more convenient to do this with a blender or mixer.
The dark curd in consistency turns out to be quite liquid.

Step 5: Form the casserole.

I grease the baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Then I will spread in it alternately light and dark curd masses in several "layers". I will make the lower first layer from a thicker light curd mass.

It will not be possible to make even beautiful layers, since the light mass is quite thick, does not spread, so I just lay it randomly on top of the dark layer, and again pour liquid dark curd mass on top. Because of this, the finished casserole in the section will turn out with a very beautiful pattern.

Step 6: Baking

I put the form with the cottage cheese in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and I will bake the casserole until cooked. I have an electric oven, the upper and lower heating mode, it has five levels. I put the form on the second level from the bottom.

And in my oven, such a casserole is cooked for about 40 - 45 minutes. When you click on it in the center, the finished casserole should be resilient, spring slightly and tremble with gentle shaking. During baking, the casserole rises, but settles after cooling. But this does not affect its quality. She remains dense and very tender.

Step 7: Submission.

When the casserole cools down a little, I cover the pan with a suitable size plate and carefully turn it over so that the casserole is on the plate. So she looks much prettier than in uniform. I clean the form, and cut the casserole into portioned pieces.

The casserole is fragrant, tender, very tasty. She looks appetizing and beautiful on a plate. Sour cream, jam, condensed milk can be served with casserole, but I like it more with fresh berries.
