1. Eggs mixed with flour, a pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix well so that there are no lumps, 1-2 minutes. 2. Pour milk, add semolina and leave to infuse for 30 minutes, so that semolina swells. Add vegetable oil. 3. Warm the pan well, grease it with vegetable oil and wipe it almost dry with a paper towel. Bake pancakes until golden. 4. Grease the finished pancakes with butter and serve hot! So they are the most tender.
