Kefir puff pastry dough


  1. Kefir 200 ml.
  2. Cottage cheese or baby curd 50 gr.
  3. Egg 1 pc.
  4. Vegetable oil 50 ml.
  5. Sugar 2 tbsp
  6. Flour 400 gr.
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Soda 0.5 tsp

Pour kefir into the flour, add the egg, cottage cheese, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and soda. Knead well. Leave for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Next, divide into portions (I have large pies - 7 - 8 pcs.). Roll to a thickness of about 5mm. Then put the filling, pinch the edges. Leave to stand for 20 minutes.

Lubricate with an egg and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Time depends on the size of the pies. Mine have time to prepare in 25-30 minutes.
