From an orange, we need zest and juice. The zest can be “removed” with a grater, and the juice squeezed out carefully by hand. Grated zest, orange juice, butter, sugar, salt, beat with a mixer. Lubricate the molds with vegetable oil. Now you can sift the flour and mix it in the sugar orange mixture. Soda should be repaid with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice and also added to the dough. You should get thick dough (like the thickest store sour cream). If thick sour cream does not come out, then add some more flour. Right now we add fillers, if any (raisins, seeds and nuts, candied fruits). We spread the dough into molds, leave a little place on top for lifting. We send the cupcakes to the oven, preheated to a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
