Lean potato pancakes


  1. yeast 50 grams
  2. sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
  3. warm water 250 ml
  4. flour 2 cups
  5. seasoning "Mivina" 1.5 tablespoons
  6. small bulb 1
  7. garlic 3 cloves
  8. potatoes 3-4 medium

Dilute the yeast in warm water, add sugar and leave for 20 minutes. If using dry yeast, follow the instructions. Grate potatoes, onions and garlic on a fine grater, add to yeast. Add 2 cups flour to the whole mixture. Soak for about 1 hour and fry in a pan like ordinary pancakes.
It turns out a very tasty lean dish.
