Broccoli and Bean Casserole Ingredients

  1. Green beans 200 grams
  2. Broccoli 1 piece
  3. Cheese 100 grams
  4. 5 eggs
  5. Sour cream 50 milliliters
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Pepper to taste
  8. Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
  9. Breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon

Cooking:

Step 1: Cook Broccoli and Beans.


Rinse broccoli and beans, cut and send into boiling salted water (in different pots). Cook until tender, broccoli about 5-6 minutesand beans 8 minutes. Then fold it into a colander and drain excess water.

Step 2: Pour broccoli and beans onto a baking sheet.


Lubricate the mold with butter and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.

Place broccoli and beans on top of the breadcrumbs on top. Even out.

Step 3: pour eggs with sour cream and bake.


Mix eggs with sour cream, add salt and pepper. Beat and pour the resulting mixture into a form with broccoli and green beans.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the form with broccoli and beans. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Step 4: add cheese.


Without reducing the heat in the oven, remove the casserole form from it, sprinkle its contents with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.

When the cheese has melted, remove the casserole from the oven and serve it hot.

Step 5: Serve the broccoli and beans.


Serve broccoli and green beans casserole hot, cut into portions, you can add more cheese when serving, or cheese sauce. Tomato sauce or sour cream is also suitable.
The dish is hearty, tasty and dietary, despite the cheese. Great breakfast option.
