Blueberry, spinach and cheese salad

Ingredients for Salad with Blueberries, Spinach and Cheese

  1. Blueberries 1/2 cup
  2. Knorr salad dressing with dill 1 sachet
  3. Fresh spinach 150 grams
  4. Curd cheese 80 grams
  5. Zucchini (young) 1 piece
  6. Olive oil 3 tablespoons
  7. Water 3 tablespoons

Salad bowl, kitchen knife, cutting board, tablespoon.

Cooking:

Step 1: preparing a gas station.


Rinse the blueberries, pour them on a plate, add water and olive oil, pour salad dressing and mix well together.

Step 2: chop the spinach and cheese.


Rinse the spinach thoroughly and pat dry with paper towels, then lay it on a plate and sprinkle with curd cheese on top.

Step 3: chop the zucchini.


Rinse the zucchini well, dry it, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Transfer the zucchini to a salad bowl with spinach and cheese.

Step 4: serve a salad with blueberries, spinach and cheese.


Pour the zucchini, cheese and spinach salad dressing with blueberries, mix gently and serve. Such a salad raises the appetite for its appearance and taste. I serve it as an aperitif or as an addition to heavy meat dishes.
