Add salt, sugar, egg, flour to the curd, first mix with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands. We spread the dough on a work surface. The dough sticks a little to your hands, and it should be so, so we dust the work surface with flour. Roll the dough into a sausage, cut into pieces. This is already lazy dumplings. Any form of dumplings can be given.
We cook dumplings in salted water from the moment of boiling for 5 minutes. Serve with butter or sour cream.
