Ingredients for Cooking Baked Chicken Cutlets

  1. Chicken fillet 2 pieces
  2. Red onion 1 piece
  3. Green onion 2 pieces
  4. Vegetable oil 2 tablespoons
  5. 1/2 parsley bunch
  6. Carrots (grated) 2 tablespoons
  7. Dill 1/2 beam
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Ground black pepper to taste
  10. Eggs 2 pieces

Step 1: prepare the minced meat.

Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and chop in a blender, turning into minced meat.
Add the grated carrots, finely chopped onions, chopped greens to the chicken and mix well (not with a blender, but with a regular spoon).
Add eggs, salt, oil, ground pepper to the minced meat and mix well again.
Attention: if the eggs are large, it is better to first add one, then beat the second and add it to the minced meat gradually, so that the mass does not turn out to be too liquid.

Step 2: bake the baked chicken cutlets.

Spread the parchment on a baking tray and, having formed with raw hands the meatballs from the prepared minced meat, spread them a short distance from each other.
Bake cutlets in preheated 170-180 degrees oven by 7-10 minutes on each side, that is, until golden brown. Turn over with a spatula during cooking. Cutlets do not stick to parchment paper, but if you want to be safe, grease the paper with vegetable oil.

Step 3: serve the baked chicken cutlets.

Serve baked chicken cutlets hot with a side dish of mashed potatoes or peas, rice and buckwheat porridge are also suitable. You can add a sauce of natural yogurt or sour cream, for example. Or you can cook burgers with them. Cutlets are juicy and tender, and it is very tasty.
