Cut the herring fillet very finely.
Grate the egg, green apple, peeled and onions.
Add vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, butter and mix well until smooth. If the herring is salted, you can soak it for 1 hour in milk and then finely chop it. You can also add 100 g of white bread soaked in milk before squeezing the bread with herring.
