Bananas in puff pastry

Ingredients

  1. Vanilla Sugar 2 teaspoons
  2. Puff pastry 1 pack
  3. Lemon (small) 0.5 pieces
  4. Bananas 4 pieces
  5. Powdered Sugar 0.7 cup

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the bananas.


First, cut the bananas in half and then into thin slices. Squeeze the juice of their half lemon and pour them sliced ​​bananas.

Step 2: chop the dough.


Roll out the dough and divide it into four strips, and then into 16 rectangles.

Step 3: wrap the bananas in the dough.


On each rectangle put a slice of banana and sprinkle vanilla sugar on top. Moisten the free ends of the dough with water and blind together, wrapping the bananas inward.

Step 4: bake the bananas in the dough.


Place the blanks on the baking sheet lined with paper.

Bake in preheated until 220 degrees oven for 15 minutes.
After baking the bananas in the dough, let it cool slightly.

Step 5: cover with glaze.


Stir sugar, gradually adding water in small portions until glaze is obtained. Pour the bananas in the dough with this glaze and wait until it hardens a little.

Step 6: serve bananas in puff pastry.


Bananas baked in puff pastry are served as tea for dessert.
