Ingredients for cooking lentil and potato patties
- Cooked lentils 400 grams
- Egg 1 piece
- Onions (scalded with boiling water) 1 piece
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Potato (boiled) 1 piece (large size)
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Paprika or Caines pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1: prepare the minced meat from lentils and potatoes.
