  • Main ingredients: Oil, Flour, Sugar

Boil apple cider over low heat for 5 minutes and leave to cool without a lid. Mix flour, baking powder, baking powder, cinnamon, salt. In another bowl, grind the butter with brown and vanilla sugar. Add the egg and boiled cider. Beat with a mixer. Pour the contents of a bowl with flour. Mix with a blender until smooth.
Cover the board with parchment. Using two tablespoons, divide the mass into 6 or 8 parts and put on parchment. Press a piece or a whole caramel into each piece of dough (depending on the size of the candy). Send to the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 190 C. In a small bowl, mix a little brown sugar and cinnamon. Remove the dough from the freezer. Press the iris in and roll it into a ball. Roll the ball in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Put the obtained balls and bake for 15 minutes. Let cool.
