Soup with mushrooms and barley flakes


  1. barley flakes 1 cup
  2. champignons 300 gr
  3. milk 1 l
  4. water 2 cups
  5. leek 1 pc.
  6. carrots 1 pc.
  7. celery 1 stalk
  8. flour 1 tbsp
  9. thyme 1 tsp
  10. vegetable oil to taste
  11. salt to taste
  12. pepper to taste
  • Main Ingredients: Onions, Carrots, Celery, Mushrooms, Milk, Flour


Fry chopped leek, carrots and celery until leek is clear. Add chopped mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes. Pour in water, add flakes and thyme. Mix.
Stir the flour with salt and pepper in a bowl. Pour half the milk with a thin stream, stirring constantly. Pour into a saucepan. Pour out the remaining milk.
Cover, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. If the soup is too thick, add more water.
