  1. Chicken stomachs 1 kg.
  2. Onion 3 pcs.
  3. Garlic 5-7 tooth.
  4. Salt to taste

  6. Ground coriander 1/2 tsp
  7. Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  8. Apple cider vinegar 2-3 tbsp

1) 1 kg. boil the chicken ventricles until fully cooked, usually it takes 1.5 hours. Cool. Chop thinly.

2) 3-4 onions cut into thin strips. Sauté the onion a little in vegetable oil, until soft. In the process of roasting, add ground coriander; in hot oil, the aroma and taste of coriander is better revealed.

3) Season the stomachs with salt and pepper to taste, add garlic, passed through the press, soy sauce, fried onions, apple cider vinegar. Mix. Leave to marinate for at least 2 hours. 5-6 hours better. Enjoy your meal!
