Ricotta fritters


  1. 2 eggs
  2. Powdered Sugar 2 tbsp
  3. Pinch of salt
  4. Ricotta 4 tbsp
  5. Flour 4 tbsp with a slide
  6. Milk 100 ml.
  7. Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1: prepare the dough.

Separate the yolks from the proteins. Whip the squirrels in a thick and lush foam, as on meringue.
Mix the yolks with powdered sugar and salt. Then add flour and milk to them. Stir until a homogeneous consistency and only then add the egg whites, carefully interfering them with a spatula so as not to disrupt the airy consistency.

Step 2: fry the pancakes.

Lightly grease the pan with oil, heat it and spread the dough with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes on low heat under the lid for 1-2 minutes, then turn over and fry for about a minute.

Finished pancakes rosy and lush.

Step 3: serve the ricotta fritters.

Serve ricotta fritters with jam, jam, with the same ricotta or sour cream. Delicious breakfast and dessert.
