Main bun dough

  1. Wheat flour 400 gr
  2. Egg 1 pc.
  3. Milk 200 ml
  4. Salt 1 tsp without slide
  5. Sugar 2 tbsp
  6. Butter 30 gr
  7. Dry yeast 2 tsp

Rice dough

  1. Water 200 ml
  2. Rice flour 150-170 gr (add gradually until a thick consistency of dough)
  3. Dry yeast 2 tsp
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp

  1. Add yeast and sugar to warm milk, leave for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the egg, salt to the milk, sift most of the flour, knead soft sticky dough. Knead the dough for 10 minutes, adding the remaining flour as needed.
  3. Stir in soft butter into the dough. Leave to approach for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 6 pieces of 110-115 g, form balls, cover with a towel and leave to approach for 20 minutes.
  5. For rice dough, which will create a beautiful picture and a very crisp: add yeast, sugar, salt, vegetable oil to the water. Gradually introduce rice flour, do not add all the flour at once. Introduce gradually until the consistency of the test is as thick sour cream. Leave on for 15 minutes.
  6. Grease the buns with a sufficiently thick layer of rice dough.
  7. Bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Ready buns to cool slightly.
