Kimchi soup

Ingredients

  1. Dark soy miso paste 120 g
  2. Egg 2 pcs.
  3. Tofu 500 g
  4. Kimchi sauce 2 tbsp
  5. Wakame Dry Seaweed 5 g
  6. Granulated fish broth 1 tbsp
  7. Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  8. Chives 20 g
  9. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  10. Water 2 L

Cooking:


Step 1.

Pour 2 liters of water into the pan and bring to a boil, add soya paste and cook for 1 minute to dissolve the paste.

Step 2

Add 1 tbsp. dry fish stock and kimchi sauce, cook for 1 minute over low heat.

Step 3

Beat 2 eggs and pour in a thin stream into the broth, stirring constantly.

Step 4

Add soy sauce.

Step 5

Dice the tofu and put in the broth.

Step 6

Add seaweed and cook for another 1 minute over low heat. Turn off the heat and let the soup brew for 5 minutes.

Step 7

Pour into portioned plates and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
