- Hazelnuts (toasted) 50 gr

- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Olive oil (extra virgin only) 3-4 tbsp
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Rinse the barley, pour into boiling salted water and cook for 45 minutes. Allow to cool.
