Ingredients for making salad with red beans and crackers
- Red beans 1 tin can
- Carrot 1 piece
- Gherkins 2-3 pieces
- Salami 2-3 thick slices
- Mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons
- Lettuce 2-3 pieces
- Parsley is fresh a little

Salad bowl, tablespoon, kitchen knife, cutting board.
Step 1: Cook the carrots.
Cook the carrots until tender (easily pierce with a fork), cool and peel. Cut boiled carrots into small cubes.
Step 2: chop the gherkins and sausage.
Dice the sausage into cubes the same size as the carrot cubes.
Rinse the gherkins with cold water and cut into thick slices.
Step 3: add the salad and parsley.
Wash greens, dry and cut or tear your hands into small pieces.
Step 4: add the beans.
Drain the liquid from the canned beans, and pour the beans into a salad bowl with other ingredients.
Step 5: add mayonnaise.
Add mayonnaise to the salad and mix well. Optionally add salt and black pepper for added flavor.
Step 6: serve the salad with red beans and crackers.
You can serve the salad in a common plate or arrange it in portions using special molds. If you chose the option with a common salad bowl, then just sprinkle everything on top with crackers and set it on the table.
But the salad looks more appetizing if you expand it portionwise with the help of special molds. Place the mold on a flat plate, fill it with salad, ramming each layer, and then carefully remove the mold.
Sprinkle croutons on top and serve. It is very tasty and easy!
