Lazy cheesecake with cottage cheese


For the test

  1. eggs 2 pcs.
  2. sugar 100 gr
  3. sour cream 200 gr
  4. salt pinch
  5. flour 200 gr
  6. baking powder 2 tsp without slide
  7. vanilla sugar bag (10 g.)
  8. vegetable oil 2 tbsp


  1. eggs 3 pcs.
  2. cottage cheese 500 gr
  3. vanilla sugar 2 sachets (20 gr)
  4. sugar 100 gr
  5. semolina 2 tbsp

Cooking method:

1. In a bowl, beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar.

2. Add sour cream and whisk with a mixer.

3. In a separate container, mix flour with baking powder and add them to the rest of the ingredients through a sieve. Beat with a mixer.

4. Add vegetable oil and mix.

5. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and fill the dough, distributing evenly over the entire surface.

6. Prepare the filling, for this, in a bowl, beat with a mixer the eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and semolina.

7. Gently, using a spoon, put the cottage cheese in the center of the dough.

8. Bake in an unheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

When the cheesecake cools down, remove it from the mold and serve it to the table.
