  1. cod fillet 700 g
  2. coconut milk 400 ml
  3. curry powder 2 tsp
  4. fresh ginger to taste
  5. onions 1 pc.
  6. garlic 3 cloves
  7. coconut oil 1 tsp
  8. salt to taste

Grind ginger, onion and garlic and fry in coconut oil. Add curry powder, salt. Pour coconut milk, warm. Put cod fillet in the sauce, bring to a boil and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
