  1. pork belly 1.5 kg
  2. light beer 1 glass


  1. ground paprika 2 tsp
  2. dried garlic 3 tsp
  3. hot pepper 1 tsp
  4. dried thyme 1 tsp
  5. dried oregano 1 tsp
  6. salt 1 tsp
  7. black pepper to taste

Barbecue sauce

  1. cider vinegar 1/2 cup
  2. tomato sauce 1 cup
  3. light beer 1 glass
  4. honey 1 tbsp
  5. brown sugar 1 tbsp
  6. mustard 2 tbsp
  7. garlic 2 cloves
  8. onion 1 pc.
  9. Worcester sauce 2 tsp
  10. hot pepper 1 tsp
  11. salt 1 tsp
  12. Black pepper to taste
  • Main Ingredients: Pork, Onion, Garlic, Beer, Sugar, Honey, Mustard


Mix paprika, dried garlic, hot pepper, dried thyme, dried oregano, salt, black pepper. Grate pork belly with this mixture, wrap in cling film and let stand for 3-4 hours.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Wrap the brisket in foil, adding a little beer. Bake for 2 hours.
Mix vinegar, tomato sauce, beer, honey, brown sugar, mustard, Worcester sauce, hot pepper, salt. Squeeze 2 cloves of garlic. Cut the onion in half and add to the sauce. Boil over low heat for 45-50 minutes. Then the onion is removed.
Remove the meat from the oven. Expand the foil. Grease the top with barbecue sauce and bake in the oven for another 15 minutes. Serve with barbecue sauce in the gravy boat.
