Apples Fries

Ingredients for Making Apple Fries

  2. Eggs 3 pieces
  3. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  4. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  5. Milk 100 milliliters
  6. Ground cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Powdered sugar to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: chop the apples.


Rinse apples, peel them and peel seeds and twigs. Cut the fruit into thick strips, ala french fries, and pour them on top with lemon juice. This technique will help you keep apple slices light, without darkening.

Step 2: prepare the batter.

Heat a lot of vegetable oil in a saucepan, and when it becomes hot, dip apple slices in batter. And fry them until a golden blush.

After frying, catch the fried apples from the butter and send them to dry on paper towels. This will remove excess fat.
Before serving, sprinkle slices of fried fruit in batter with powdered sugar (you can also mix it with cinnamon).

Step 5: serve the fries.
