Omelet with smoked salmon and vegetables

Ingredients

  1. Smoked salmon fillet 100 gr.
  2. 2 eggs
  3. Bulgarian pepper red slice
  4. Black olives b / c a handful
  5. Parsley to taste
  6. Parmesan to taste
  7. Butter to taste
  8. Pepper to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.


Break eggs in a cup and beat with a fork, mixing with pepper.

Finely chop the fish.

Also finely chop the bell pepper and greens, and cut the olives into rings.

Step 2: fry omelet with smoked salmon and vegetables.


Heat butter in a pan, and then pour beaten eggs into it.

Add vegetables and greens to the eggs, evenly distributing.

Put salmon slices on top.

Add the grated parmesan.

Cover and cook (over low heat) 2 minutes.

Step 3: add the omelet with smoked salmon and vegetables.


Pry an omelet with a spatula and carefully fold it in half.

Now it all depends on your personal preferences. If you like a slightly liquid omelet in the center, then you can serve it, if you want the eggs to be "hard boiled", then cover the omelet with a lid and cook more 1-2 minutes.

Step 4: serve the omelet with smoked salmon and vegetables.


Serve the omelet with smoked salmon and vegetables hot, garnish it with slices of fresh vegetables and herbs.
