I curd the cottage cheese, sugar, salt, the egg with a fork, then add the sifted flour, knead the dough.

I sprinkle the table with flour and put the dough on the table, slightly stir in the flour and divide the dough into two parts.

I roll a thin tourniquet and cut into small pieces.

After boiling water, I lower the dumplings into the water and after they pop up I cook another 2 to 3 minutes.

Hot serve on the table pouring melted butter or sour cream.
