Easter cake "Kraffin"


  1. yeast 20 g

  8. 50 g butter
  9. raisins 100 g.

First, activate the yeast, for this we warm the milk, take 1 tsp. sugar and mix with yeast, leave for 10 minutes until the froth.

Mix flour with salt. Mix the egg and yolks with sugar. Pour the active yeast into the flour, melted butter, mix, add the eggs and knead for about 10 minutes until the dough stops sticking to the walls and hands. We clean in a warm place for 1 hour. I clean in a warm oven.

Rinse the raisins, hold the butter to grease the dough at room temperature. Approached dough will be divided into 2 parts, crush into balls and leave for a couple of minutes to rest under a towel.

Each of the parts is thinly rolled into a rectangle, I roll it first, then stretch it with my hands. I grease each layer with 2 tbsp. soft butter and sprinkle with half raisins. I roll it up and leave it for a couple of minutes under a towel.

We form cakes, as shown in the video. We shift them into baking dishes of cakes and leave for 1 hour in a warm place. We heat the oven to 180C and bake our cakes for 25-30 minutes.
