Curd casserole with ricotta and banana


  1. cottage cheese 100 g
  2. ricotta 100 g
  3. 2 eggs
  4. lemon zest to taste
  5. banana 2 pcs.
  6. chopped almonds 15 g

Using a mixer, mix cottage cheese, ricotta and eggs. Cut bananas into circles. Add lemon zest, banana and chopped almonds. Put the curd mixture in a mold (I have a square 18x18 cm) and bake at 180 C (30 min). Then turn off the heat and cool the casserole in the oven.
When the casserole has cooled, you can serve it to the table! Enjoy your meal!
