Pasta Fritters

Ingredients for Cooking Macaroni Fritters

  1. Pasta (cooked) 350 grams
  2. Eggs 3 pieces
  3. Banana 1 piece (large, overripe)
  4. Vanilla sugar 1-2 tablespoons
  5. Powdered sugar to taste
  6. Thick sour cream 2-3 tablespoons
  7. Semolina 2-3 tablespoons
  8. Wheat flour optional
  9. Butter (vegetable and butter ghee) for frying
  10. Raisins, nuts, candied fruits to taste (optional)
  11. Dough baking powder optional
  • Main Ingredients: Banana, Raisins, Nuts, Pasta
  • Portion 3-4

Inventory:

Plate, frying pan, tablespoon, fork, spatula.

Cooking:

Step 1: mix the pasta with sour cream and eggs.


Mix pasta and have already managed to cool pasta mix with eggs and thick sour cream. Just put everything in one plate and mix well with a spoon.

Step 2: add banana and nuts with raisins.


Peel the bananas and mash it with a fork, then add the resulting gruel to the pasta and mix well.
Now add vanilla sugar and crushed nuts, raisins, candied fruits, chocolate drops and everything that pleases your soul. Shuffle.

Step 3: add semolina and flour.


Add semolina to the dough and mix very well.
Now pour a little flour and baking powder for the dough, again mix everything very well so that there are no lumps.
Let the finished dough stand 20-30 minutesgiving semolina soak.

Step 4: fry pasta muffins.


Heat a mixture of vegetable and ghee in a pan, and then put the pasta into it with a tablespoon. Fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Turn over only when the pancakes seize.

Step 5: serve the pasta pancakes.


Serve pasta pancakes hot. Complete the dish with powdered sugar, sour cream or natural Greek yogurt. So you get simple and very tasty pancakes. Serve them for breakfast, afternoon snack or dessert. Fly away instantly!
