Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
First prepare the tomato sauce. To do this, chop onion finely and fry it in olive oil until soft. Then add the tomato paste, a couple teaspoons of smoked paprika and a pinch of salt to taste. Simmer the sauce.
At the same time, finely chop the cod fillet.
Step 2: form the meatballs.
With wet hands, form a meatball from a fillet no larger than a nut.
Step 3: Stew the cod meatballs.
Use a tablespoon of meatballs in the sauce. Do not mix anything so as not to damage them. Shake the pan lightly so that the sauce surrounds the meatballs.
