For a baking test:

  1. Flour 300 gr.
  2. Water 150 ml.
  3. Chicken egg 1 pc.
  4. Sugar 1 tsp
  5. Dry yeast 1 tsp
  6. Butter 25 gr.
  7. Salt to taste

For the filling of the pie:

  1. Minced meat pork / beef 50/50
  2. Onions 1 pc.
  3. Boiled rice 200-250 gr.
  4. Bell pepper 1 pc.
  5. Suneli hops to taste
  6. Black pepper to taste
  7. Salt to taste

For the sauce:

  1. Sour cream 3-4 tbsp
  2. Black pepper to taste
  3. Red pepper to taste
  4. Zira to taste
  5. Salt to taste

Step-by-step recipe for preparing meat pie: We prepare a delicious weekend meat pie and prepare the necessary products for this. In a container with 150 ml. add 1 tsp of water dry yeast, 1 tsp sugar, 5 tsp stir and remove for 15-20 minutes in a warm place. After frying in a pan until transparent, add the onion head to it 500 g. minced meat and begin to fry. Stuff the minced meat, stirring for about 4 minutes, adding a little vegetable oil, suneli hops and salt to taste. Put the raised yeast in a large volumetric bowl, break 1 egg, add 25 gr. butter, salt to taste and mix. Sieve through a sieve in a bowl 300 g. flour, mix and form the dough in a kind of ball, well we knead it with our hands until elasticity. Put the dough in a plastic bag and remove, preferably for one hour, in a warm place. We take out the dough and put it on a table sprinkled with flour. We well crush our porous dough and divide it into two unequal halves. We roll out most of the dough to a flat cake, which we put in a greased form. We cover the form with the dough with a kitchen towel. Remove the peel from the baked bell pepper and cut it into thin strips. After 15-20 minutes, remove the napkin from the mold and grease the dough layer with vegetable oil and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the bottom. First, put the boiled rice on the dough, add some salt and add the black pepper on to taste. On top of the rice we spread the paprika cut into strips. Next layer lay the fried minced meat and add the paprika on top. We prepare the sauce and for this add red, black pepper, zira to taste and mix. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the remaining dough with a rolling pin into a thin oblong cake from which we cut ribbons with a knife and make small cuts of the Christmas tree on one side. We place the ribbons from the dough for decoration on top of the cake, trying to connect them with the dough of the base, and decorate the center of the cake with a double Christmas tree. We put the pie for 30 minutes in a warm place for proofing, covering it with a kitchen towel. Before baking, grease the cake with beaten egg or milk and send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. The cake is baked for 25 minutes, after which we let it stand for 5-7 minutes with the oven turned off. We grease the hot pie with butter, decorate with greens on top and put it on the dish.
