Goulash with gravy. So the grandmother cooked


  1. Pork 1 kg
  2. Onions 300 g
  3. Carrot 80 g
  4. Spice mix for pork 1 tsp
  5. Wheat flour 3 tbsp
  6. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  7. Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  8. Water 0.5 L
  9. Ground black pepper ½ tsp
  10. Tomato paste 2 tbsp

Step 1.

Wash pork thoroughly under running water and chop.

Step 2

Heat the pan, add vegetable oil and fry the pork over high heat until golden brown.

Step 3

Dice the onion, chop the carrots on a grater.

Step 4

Preheat the pan and fry the onions until golden brown over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Add carrots and fry for another 2 minutes.

Step 6

Add the fried meat, black pepper, a mixture of spices, mix and add 0.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil and close the lid, simmer for 30 minutes.

Step 7

In a dry frying pan, fry the flour until golden brown over medium heat.

Step 8

Transfer the flour to a bowl and pour 50 ml. mix well so that there are no lumps.

Step 9

Add salt, a mixture of spices for pork, tomato paste, bay leaf, prepared dressing for flour and water sauce to a pan with meat and vegetables, mix thoroughly and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 10

Serve with vegetable side dish, pasta, mashed potatoes, boiled rice or buckwheat.
