Pancake dough:

  3. Wheat flour / Flour 75 g

Filling:

  1. 4 eggs
  2. Soft cheese 50 g
  3. Ham 50 g
  4. Cabbage (young) 20 g
  5. Greens 5 g

Cooking:

First, prepare the dough for our pancakes. Combine some of the milk with eggs, salt, pepper and flour. Stir, so that there are no lumps, with a whisk, and then add the remaining milk to get the batter. Fry in the largest pan in a small amount of butter. This amount of dough is enough for 4 large pancakes (depending on the size of your pan). Put the pancake immediately on the baking sheet for the oven. Separately, fry the eggs according to the number of pancakes. Put the lightly fried egg in the center of the pancake and add the filling. I used soft cheese (feta cheese), ham and some young cabbage. Sprinkle with greens on top and send to the oven preheated to 220 degrees for 5 minutes. It is convenient to eat with your hands. Enjoy your meal!)
