We mix warm water and milk, add yeast and mix until the yeast dissolves. Sift the flour and add to the yeast mixture, add salt and a spoonful of honey, pour in vegetable oil and knead the dough. We remove it in a warm place for 1.5 hours. I clean in a warm oven.

When the dough comes up, divide it into 8 parts, roll the first slice into the plate, cut it into strips and collect the basket. Grease with an egg, bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.

For bunnies, roll a piece, form a flagellum and make bunnies as in the video. We use peas of pepper as an eye and a nose.

For the birds, we roll a piece into a plate, assemble into a flagellum, cut into two parts and assemble the birds, as shown in the video. Leave the buns for 20 minutes for proofing, grease with an egg and bake for 25 minutes at 180C.
