Sugar to taste (I have 3 tablespoons in cottage cheese + 3 tablespoons in semolina)
Pinch of salt
Serving 6 servings
Cook thick semolina. Put half the semolina into the mold, curd from the cottage cheese, raisins and sugar on top, cover with another layer of semolina. Put to freeze. Cut into portions, serve with sour cream or jam.
