Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Rinse the cabbage, cut the leg cross to cross and dip the cabbage in cold salted water on 15 minutes.
Then change the water (or steam the cabbage) and boil the brussels sprouts for 7-10 minutes (after boiling).
Bacon should be sliced into thin strips.
Grease the wasabi bacon or mustard and wrap each strip around the head of brussels sprouts. Secure with skewers.
Step 2: bake Brussels sprouts in bacon.
Oil a baking sheet. Put cabbage in bacon, sprinkle with zest and pour olive oil.
Put in preheated until 180-200 degrees bake and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3: serve the brussels sprouts in bacon.
Serve Brussels sprouts hot. Take out the skewers or serve directly on them (if the skewers are wooden). A very tasty snack!
