Spinach smoothie

Spinach smoothie ingredients

  1. Milk 150 milliliters
  2. Banana 2 pieces
  3. Kiwi 2 pieces
  4. Fresh spinach 10-15 leaves
  5. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

Cooking:

Step 1: wash the spinach.


Sort the spinach and rinse very thoroughly, and then dry with paper towels.

Step 2: mix the milk and spinach.


Fold the spinach in a blender, fill it with milk and beat in a pulsed mode. Beat until you have a homogeneous gruel of a cheerful green color.

Step 3: add kiwi and bananas.


Peel the kiwi with a knife, cut into small pieces. Peel the banana as well, and then crumble in circles.
Handfuls send fruit to a blender and chop them, mixing with spinach and milk.

When you add all the fruit, whisk the cocktail again 1-2 minutes.
At the very end, add lemon juice and mix.

Step 4: Serve the spinach smoothie.


Smoothies with spinach should be served immediately after cooking, I do not recommend storing it, as nitrates can form, and smoothies will immediately lose all their usefulness. It is better to drink immediately and with pleasure!
