Prepare the necessary ingredients. Peel the hearts and rinse well.
Peel the kiwi and cut into a blender bowl.
Add kiwi to garlic, butter and soy sauce. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass.
Ginger can be peeled, but that’s not the point. Cut into arbitrary pieces. Pepper is also finely chopped. Add to the hearts.
Pour the sauce from the blender bowl to the hearts. We mix everything. Cover with cling film and leave at room temperature for 2 hours at least.
We form kebabs on wooden skewers.
We heat the pan and grease it with oil. Put the kebabs and fry on each side for about 6-8 minutes, turning over every 2 minutes.
Delicious kebabs are ready. Serve with vegetables and sauce to your taste. Enjoy your meal.
