- Pork 300 g

- Smoked bacon 12 slices (approx.)

Step 1: pickle the pork.
Cut the pork into cubes with a side of 3 cm.
In a bowl, mix chili sauce, garlic sauce, chopped cilantro, barbecue spices and butter.
Send chopped pork to this marinade and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours.
Step 2: string the skewers on skewers.
Wrap marinated pork slices in thinly sliced smoked bacon. Each piece into a separate slice.
Rinse the prunes with hot water, dry.
