Spinach Chicken Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 kilogram
- Fresh spinach 350 grams
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
- Ricotta 125 grams
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Oil (vegetable or cream) for mold lubrication

Bakeware, frying pan, hammer, knife, board, spatula, cling film.
Step 1: chop the spinach.
Rinse the spinach leaves, dry them with paper towels and cut into thin strips.
Step 2: stew the spinach.
Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan and put spinach in it. While stirring, simmer the greens until soft, until the liquid evaporates.
Remove the stewed spinach from the heat, mix it with ricotta and add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: beat off the fillet.
Rinse the fillet and carefully cut each lengthwise into two halves. Cover with cling film and beat each half well to make thin slices of meat.
After you beat the fillet, sprinkle the chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 4: roll and bake chicken rolls with spinach.
Oil the baking dish.
Put spinach and cheese on each chop and roll it into a roll. And ready-made rolls put in a baking dish "tail" down.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake rolls in it for 25 minutes. About 12 minutes rolls will need to be carefully flipped to another barrel.
Step 5: Serve the spinach chicken rolls.
Chicken rolls with spinach should be served hot or warm. It is possible as a main course, or for a snack. In the latter case, it is better to cut the rolls into chunky pieces. A great addition to this dish is a radish salad with sour cream or fresh cherry tomatoes and herbs. Very tasty, healthy and easy!
