Lightly beat butter at room temperature and mix with eggs.
Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix.
Add 1/2 part of the dry mixture to the oil mass, pour coffee and milk, mix and add the remaining flour mixture.
We put the dough into a pastry bag and place it on the parchment-covered baking sheet in the shape of rings. Bake for 7 minutes at 180C.
For cream, mix the curd cheese at room temperature with honey, spread half the rings with cream and glue the halves together.
