2 new salads from young cabbage

Ingredients

First young cabbage salad:

  1. Young cabbage 250 gr
  2. Carrots 60 gr
  3. Bell pepper 60 gr
  4. Onions 40 gr (or several stalks of green onions)

Sauce:

  1. Soy sauce 2 tbsp
  2. Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
  3. Sugar 1/3 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic 0.5 cloves
  6. Salt to taste (depending on the salinity of soy sauce)
  7. Small egg 1 pc.
  8. Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar 6% (or lemon juice) 1 tsp
  11. Salt 1/3 tsp
  12. Sugar ½ tsp
  13. Garlic 0.5 cloves

Second salad:

  1. Young cabbage 250 gr
  2. Cucumber 100 gr
  3. Chicken fillet 230-250 gr
  4. Cheese 60 gr

Cooking:


First salad:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.

2. Cut pepper, carrot and onion into thin strips.

3. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and beat thoroughly with a fork.

4. Pour salad dressing immediately before meals.


Second salad:
1. Dice the cabbage.

2. Dice the cucumber, cheese into smaller cubes.

3. Dice the chicken fillet into cubes approximately the same size as the cucumber. Fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked. Allow to cool.

4. Wash the egg well, pour boiling water for 1 minute to kill all the bacteria. Drain the boiling water, cool the egg a little under a stream of cold water to room temperature.

5. Blender mix the egg, vegetable oil, mustard, sugar, salt, garlic. If you want the sauce to be thicker, add more vegetable oil.
