Peel, wash, place the potatoes in a pot and send to the stove. Wash the mushrooms, cut into medium slices and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Take the baking dish, in which we will prepare the casserole, and put the fried mushrooms in the first layer. Peel and cut sausages into rings. The second layer, on top of the mushrooms, spread the sausages.
We make mashed potatoes from cooked potatoes. To do this, pour water from potatoes, add butter and milk, crush and beat with a mixer. Spread mashed potato with a third layer of casserole.
We rub hard cheese on a medium grater.
Grated cheese, sprinkle the casserole on top and send to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished casserole on top with dill, cut into squares and serve portionwise to the table.
