Ingredients

Dough

  1. Kefir 250 ml.
  2. Soda 1/2 tsp
  3. Eggs 1 pc.
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Odorless vegetable oil 1 tbsp
  6. Flour 380-400 gr.

Filling

  1. Sausage 100 gr.
  2. Tomato 1 pc.
  3. Cooking Oil

Step 1 - Cook the dough.


Mix kefir with soda, pour salt, break an egg, pour in vegetable oil and mix. Pour in flour a little and knead a soft, slightly sticky dough. The dough does not need to be clogged with flour, it should turn out soft. Transfer the dough into a bowl greased with vegetable oil or flour, sprinkle a little flour, cover with a towel and leave for a short time.

Step 2 - Prepare the filling.


You can use any filling to your taste. For example, thinly sliced ​​tomatoes (preferably not very juicy) and thinly sliced ​​sausage. You can add slices of hard cheese or feta cheese.

Step 3 - Form the Pies.


Divide the dough into two parts. In turn, roll each part into a layer up to 1 cm thick. Put the filling on the dough sheet. Cover with a second layer of dough. Dip a glass in flour and cut them blanks. Scraps can be collected and in the same way to form another batch of pies.

Step 4 - Roasting.


On a moderate fire in a pan with vegetable oil, fry the pies on both sides until golden. Remove the pies on paper towels so that the glass is excess oil. Enjoy your meal!
