Rice Cookies


  1. rice flour 120 g
  2. coconut flour 25 g
  3. starch 20 g
  4. coconut oil 40 g
  5. cane sugar 50 g
  6. vegetable milk 100 g
  7. baking powder 1 tsp
  8. ground anise 1 tsp
  9. cocoa powder 1 tsp

Step 1 - Cooking the dough.

Combine rice and coconut flour, add starch, baking powder and ground anise. Mix coconut oil with sugar, then with a dry rice mixture. Knead, gradually pouring milk.

Step 2 - Form the cookie.

We pluck the balls from the dough box and lay them on a baking sheet. The weight of each ball is about 25 g. To give the liver a more interesting look, you can form “mushrooms” from the dough using an ordinary plastic bottle. Dip the neck of the bottle in cocoa and gently squeeze it into the ball - a sweet “champignon” is obtained.

Step 3 - Baking.

We send cookies to the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Rice Cookies Ready!
