Fragrant Italian Focaccia Tortilla

Ingredients

  1. Flour 500 g
  2. Salt 1 tsp.
  3. Water 350 ml
  4. Yeast 20 g
  5. Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
  6. Olives to taste
  7. Tomatoes to taste
  8. Rosemary to taste

Cooking:


Step 1 - Dough.


First, sift the flour, add salt. We add yeast to warm water and mix until completely dissolved. Pour the yeast into the flour, add the olive oil and knead the dough, knead it until your hands are clean, about 10 minutes. We turn it off and put it in a warm place for an hour.

Step 2 - Baking.


We distribute the approached dough on a baking sheet and leave for another 20 minutes. Using your hand, we make indentations on the surface of the dough, put chopped olives, cherry tomatoes and rosemary, pour over with olive oil. Sent in the oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Step 3 - Done!


Cut into portions and serve with olive oil. Enjoy your meal!
